I did it for about 2 weeks, but I wasn't 100% committed anyways to start. I wanted more of a "get fit" not really focusing on losing a bunch of weight ya know? It is exhauuuuusting exercising 6 days a week. And the yoga is 90 minutes long! I still want to do maybe 3-4 days a week with P90. I really like it, but the 6 days of the week were KILLINg me and now I've been a rut. So I need to get out, but for the most part, I've had friends do it and they lose like 30 lbs! So i guess it is just how much do you want it and are you willing to "bring it"???? That's what Tony says in every video :-)
But I have heard that the other set of videos called Insanity is good too. More of a quick cardio work out 30-45 minutes. Thatis more my style.
My brother Adam and sister-in-law have done it! They are ripped! They said it is super hard and sometimes you just want to give uo completely but their results were awesome! They look great!
