Heres to the land...

So... it's official, The United States of America has a new president and in some peoples' eyes a new sense of hope & change. As a citizen of the USA I, like any other, want our country to succeed & prosper and although everyone has their own views on politics, religion, and life I think everyone can agree on the one common goal of succeeding!
I know everyone has a different perspective on the things that have transpired today, some are ecstatic, some are hopeful, some are sad and some are even angry ... today was a bittersweet day for me, I wont lie, I felt a twinge of sadness inside me when I saw our previous President get into the helicopter and fly away, but as a start of a new year, and another four to come, my prayers are with this country and with President Obama that things will be done for all citizens of this country that we may succeed in our common goal of prosperity!

That's a wrap

So... I did it, I finished the Twilight series!

Now let me just tell you, I know that some people liked the last book, some didn't , some liked the series in general ... some didn't, I guess I would categorize myself as one of the ones who did. I wasn't quite sure how I felt about the last book when I first started it but as it progressed I rather enjoyed it! Now I'm not gonna sit here and say its my favorite book of all time but if you're lookin' for a quick & light read, it really is quite fun.

Winds of Change are blowin

whelp the new year has brought on many goals, and not new years resolutions either (I've never been one for those), but I'm excited to see what this year has to offer & ready to get to the next path life leads me to! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year... I'll post more when I feel the urge!
